Delete Your Scrolllytics Account

At Scrolllytics, we respect your right to control your data.

If you would like to delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

Option 1 – In-App

1. Open the Scrolllytics app
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap “Delete Account”
4. Confirm deletion
    

Option 2 – Email Request

Email us at:
support@scrolllytics.io

Subject line: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your registered email address
  Your username
   

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your login credentials
• Scroll distance history
• Goals and achievements
• Mood and journal entries
• Parent/child profile data
   

We may retain limited information for up to 30 days for fraud prevention, legal, and security purposes. After this period, all identifiable data is permanently deleted.
