Welcome to Scrolllytics. 

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scrolllytics mobile application and related services ("Services") operated by Scrolllytics Ltd. ("Scrolllytics," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Use of the Services

Scrolllytics provides tools to help users understand and track their scrolling behaviour, set goals, and improve digital habits.

4. Accessibility Permission Usage

Scrolllytics uses the Android Accessibility Service API to detect scrolling gestures and calculate scroll distance.

By enabling this permission, you agree that:

• Scrolllytics may detect scrolling interactions

• This data is used only to provide app functionality (e.g., tracking progress, achievements)

Scrolllytics does not:

• read personal messages

• access passwords or sensitive data

• store content from other apps

You may disable this permission at any time in your device settings.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase.

By subscribing, you agree:

• Payments will be processed through your app store (e.g., Google Play)

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled

• You are responsible for managing your subscription via your app store account

Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform used (e.g., Google Play).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services

• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the app

• Misuse accessibility features or system permissions

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
